The A/C Dilemma
Breakfast was a highlight, with an array of tasty options each day. The location was perfect for exploring, too, just a stroll away from key sites.
We experienced issues with the air conditioning. On the 4th floor, it was poorly functioning, and an upgrade came with an unwarranted charge.

exceptional service, though a few employees were very rude. i was here for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for dinner.
It had bad views.

Clean hotel in a very attractive building close to great shopping center and eatery as well as subway and Trevi fountain. Air-conditioned superior queen room with a view of the scaffolding, elegant atmosphere. Amazing and wonderful location just a walking distance from a noisy square. Also, to all the tourists & restaurants & shops.

Not a Bad Hotel!
The location is fantastic, just minutes away from major attractions. My room was clean, though a bit cramped with outdated furnishings. The staff was friendly and ready to help. Breakfast had its ups and downs, but it was mostly satisfying. A solid choice for anyone looking to explore the city!

Liked very comprehensive breakfast, nicely decorated room.
Stayed for 7 nights, the hotel was ideal and fairly clean, it had stunning location to the FCO airport. The room we had included central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. Jacuzzi bathrooms, that included a Jacuzzi, were cleaned daily.

The location of the hotel impressed me. Within walking distance to major attractions like the Spanish Steps and Fontana de Trevi. The staff greeted me warmly and offered helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. My room was clean, with good quality toiletries. The mattress felt quite firm, which impacted my comfort. I missed having a coffee machine in the room. It would have been a nice touch. Breakfast was decent, with a decent variety, but it could have featured more local options. Access to public transportation was a bonus. Despite a couple of inconveniences, I appreciated the overall atmosphere and the cleanliness throughout my stay.

The hotel was recommended by a local tour guide and I was not disappointed in his favorable and accurate description. One thing that struck me odd for a rather elegant establishment, during a day of heavy rain they had no umbrellas to lend to guests. Internet service was expensive.

great location but limited dining options
The hotel perfect location near attractions made exploring leisurely. The staff were helpful. During my illness, they respected my privacy, allowing my sister to bring breakfast to my room. The city view from my room added a lovely touch to my stay.
Dining options could have been more varied, especially for lunch and dinner.

locating in a convenient place close to a metro station, with small but clean rooms and friendly staff.
Breakfast at the hotel is OK but better to go out and find a cafe even at 8:00.

This hotel has very helpful staff and the lunch and/or dinner food very good
We thought that the rooms were getting a bit dated and tired. We thought that the area (Via Veneto was very noisy).

There is nothing really to report as worth the money.
The price i paid was exeptionally high for the quality of the infrastructure and services. The room was very small without acceptable facilities to work.To my opinion this hotel is rated no more than three starts (generously speaking). The breakfast is entirely unacceptable. No free internet. Free internet is a must today in all the hotels.

The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps 🙌 the noise from the staff early in the morning was quite disruptive.
